Our sessions are 60 minutes in length and are designed to work out your entire body.

Our 60 minute sessions include:

- Warm up to ensure you are ready to achieve your best

- Targeted strength sets to focus on increasing your strength

- A conditioning portion to specifically work on your fitness and endurance.

With 30+ classes per week to choose from, each session has been designed with your success at the forefront. We are committed to helping you be the best you can be and achieve your best every session.

1/ WHAT ARE YOUR SESSION TIMES?
Session times are currently:
Monday - Friday : 0445, 0545, 0900, 1200, 1600, 1700, 1800
+ HYROX 1715  Tuesday & Thursday

Saturday: 0800, 0900

2/ HOW CAN I START?
Book your free 60 minute FitStart session where we will:
- Introduce you to our coaches
- Show you around our facility
- Talk about your goals
- Talk about your nutrition & build your plan
- Do your baseline body assessment 
-Build a plan so you can achieve your goals
- Workout with us!

3/ DO YOU HAVE LOCK IN CONTRACTS?
No. All memberships require 30 days notice to cancel

4/ HOW MANY PEOPLE ARE IN EACH SESSION?
Our sessions generally average between 6 - 10 people. We cap each class at 16 people to ensure you are able to get the individualised coaching you need.

5/ IS THIS TRAINING TOO ADVANCED FOR ME / I'M A BEGINNER, CAN I COME?
Our program is very easily scalable to beginners or those with injuries, to help you become fitter, stronger and healthier, faster.

6/ DO YOU DO PERSONAL TRAINING?
Yes! You can book in your Personal Training sessions via the app!

7/ WHAT MEMBERSHIPS DO YOU HAVE?

We have a range of memberships available starting at 2 sessions per week to unlimited! All sessions include unlimited access to our recovery hub, open gym, nutrition coaching and more!
