3 or Unlimited (depending on your membership) coached group sessions per week to challenge you to push your limits and ensure your form is perfect.
Individualised accountability coaching to ensure that you are constantly improving and on track to achieving your goals.
1:1 Onboarding session to ensure your results are trackable so that we can keep you motivated and help you design measurable goals.
Nutrition targets which are designed for you with consideration to your food preferences, your current lifestyle, weight and body fat %.

- Show you around our facility

1/ WHAT TIMES ARE YOUR SESSIONS?
Session times are currently:
Monday - Friday : 0500, 0600, 0900, 1200, 1600, 1700, 1800
+ HYROX 1715 Tuesday & Thursday
Saturday: 0800, 0900
2/ HOW MUCH IS A MEMBERSHIP AT 360 FORTITUDE
We have multiple membership options available with prices ranging between $45 - $110 per week.
Unlike many of our competitors, we offer more than just training from an 'out of the box program'. We have everything you need to help you get lasting results
3/ DO YOU HAVE LOCK IN CONTRACTS?
No. All memberships require 30 days notice to cancel
4/ HOW MANY PEOPLE ARE IN EACH SESSION?
Our sessions generally average between 6 - 10 people. We cap each class at 16 people to ensure you are able to get the individualised coaching you need.
5/ IS THIS TRAINING TOO ADVANCED FOR ME / I'M A BEGINNER, CAN I COME?
Our program is very easily scalable to beginners or those with injuries, to help you become fitter, stronger and healthier, faster.
6/ DO YOU DO PERSONAL TRAINING?
Yes! You can book in your Personal Training sessions via the app!
